Welcome to Cartoon Cartoons Paradise, the town of lost cartoons. The cartoons realize that they are no longer in their own skin. With Dexter’s experiment to become a human himself had gone wrong, not only changed him but the rest of the old cartoon mania to life as well!! The Powerpuff Girls, Kids Next Door, the Scooby Doo Gang and so much more must keep the secret that they are television stars away from the other cartoons characters they don’t know as well as the universe. Those with powers and are born to rid the world of evil-doers, must gain those special abitilites back and disguise themselves to remain hidden in their natural identities, while they fight crime. Everyone is after Dexter to fix this disaster but the problem is, he can’t remember the formula! Why? He’s not sure, but if there is one thing that’s certain SOMEONE’S stolen it. Who is it? Now they must work together and interact with one another to get along and make the ultimate decision to either stop this madness and return to their original cartoons or stay human forever. It’s up to them to make the choice on their journey to success or failure!
